When the supply hopper is filled with product, the product will be controlled dosed in the electromagnetic driven vibrating feeder. The vibrating feeder transport the product towards the scale.
A keyboard with digital display, controls the weighing cycle of the machine. The product is dosed to the scale in two stages (pre-dosing & fine dosing) which separately can be set.

After the setpoint weight is reached the vibrating conveyor stops and the scale can be opened manually or automatically.

The vibrating feeder will be equipped with SIND vibration sensor. The SEC vibrating system is an advanced system with a vibration sensor mounted on the vibrating feeder, which automatically set vibrating capacity checks and hold in position.
An important advantage of this arrangement is that the optimal vibration of the vibrating feeder is obtained without the product layor thickness in the vibrating feeder is to affect.

This system makes the machine user friendly and improves the weighing results significantly by a constant product supply.

The construction of this machine makes it possible to weigh fish, meat products or other free flowing products in condition of powder or granulates. But also chemical / pharmaceutical products and other food and non food products can be filled with this weigher.
